The food crisis in Kenya continues to increase and West Pokot is listed in the group considered to be under acute food crisis meaning that minimal food requirements cannot be met.  The cost of continuing to supply the needed food is staggering and each and every day more people are dying who do not know the Lord. Click here for a link to an article in the Daily Nation newspaper on this crisit.

How can we sit down to a table filled with a variety of foods when our sisters and brothers are starving?  How can we sleep at night knowing our stomachs are full and they are denied sleep because theirs are empty?  What is the answer?  We need to cry out to the Lord and continue to share His love with those who do not know Him.
